After the EB-5 application approval, the investor is interviewed by the US Embassy in the country of residence. After the interview, the investor and his/her family members travel to the US to obtain a temporary green card. The validity period of the temporary green card is two years. On the basis of the temporary green card, the EB-5 visa investor and his/her family members may freely reside anywhere in the US with unlimited rights to travel, study and work.
